Join us for an evening with bestselling author Sasha Sagan, who will present on her acclaimed book For Small Creatures Such as We—a thoughtful exploration of science, awe, and the human search for meaning.

What does it mean to live a meaningful life in a universe revealed through science? Drawing on personal stories, cultural traditions, and the legacy of her parents, Carl Sagan and Ann Druyan, Sasha reflects on how wonder, love, and ritual can flourish without religious belief. Her presentation invites us to consider how we mark time, celebrate life, and find connection in a vast and fascinating universe.

An audience Q&A will follow the presentation. This in-person evening offers a chance to reflect on science, meaning, and the shared human experience—through story, insight, and thoughtful conversation.
